Cave Shepherd Card may collect, store and use Personal Information that you enter while accessing the App or using Services, or which you provide upon application for a Cave Shepherd Card Account. Your Personal Information may be used for lawful purposes including: establishing your identity; confirming your eligibility for products and services and setting up, maintaining and delivering your Services; and for compliance with legal and regulatory obligations such as anti-money laundering requirements. We may also customize advertising and content, communicate about specials and new features, and analyse aggregate Account usage to adapt Services to User needs. When you access the App, we may collect information about your device such as device model, unique device number, browser type, location, IP address, and cookie information to improve User experience and enhance security.

A cookie is a small piece of information sent by a website that is saved on your device's browser. It holds information to personalize your experience and gathers statistical data such as which pages are visited and what is downloaded. None of this is associated with you as an individual and is measured only in aggregate. Cave Shepherd Card may use cookies as part of the functionality and security of the App, including encrypted persistent cookies to verify that you are a Cave Shepherd Cardholder and to block unauthorized access attempts. Cookie technology does not capture individual email addresses or Personal Information. You can configure your browser to reject cookies or notify you when a cookie is set. Blocking cookies may affect your App experience.

In certain circumstances, Cave Shepherd Card may be legally required to share Personal Information with its employees, agents and/or service providers who are specifically contracted to process your Personal Information for the performance of the App and Services and to assist with management, operation, administration, governance and regulatory compliance. All agents and service providers are required to provide a comparable level of protection and confidentiality as Cave Shepherd Card. By using the Cave Shepherd Card, you consent to and authorize Cave Shepherd Card to hold, process, and/or disclose information to any authorized third party provider with whom Cave Shepherd Card has agreed to do business.

Cave Shepherd Card takes the protection of your Personal Information seriously. Any transfer of Personal Information shall be in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act. Your Personal Information is protected by a password for privacy and security, and Cave Shepherd Card applies appropriate technical and organisational information security measures designed to protect against unauthorised or unlawful processing. It is your responsibility to prevent unauthorized access by selecting and protecting your password appropriately and limiting access to your device. While Cave Shepherd Card endeavours to safeguard your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not respond to unsolicited text messages, pop-ups or emails asking for your password, PIN, or account number. Cave Shepherd Card will not send unsolicited messages asking for such information. You are encouraged to review your statements and report any errors in a timely manner.

This Privacy Policy is to be read together with the Payce Digital Mobile Application Terms and Conditions and the Cave Shepherd Card (Barbados) Inc. Cardholder Agreement, both available at www.paycedigital.com. Cave Shepherd Card may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time in its sole and absolute discretion. The terms governing collection, storage, transfer and use of Personal Information will be in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Users are bound by any changes when they continue to access or use the App and/or Services after such amendments.

By utilizing the Cave Shepherd Card, you agree and permit Cave Shepherd Card to electronically store, process, and/or share information with any approved third-party provider that Cave Shepherd Card has partnered with for matters related to this Agreement.

Cave Shepherd Card may routinely collect non-personal aggregate information from surveys, public archives and websites to help us understand the interests of our Cardholders and continuously improve our service offerings.
