Internship Opportunities
Payce Digital is committed to developing the next generation of professionals through our internship programme. We offer hands-on experience across multiple departments, giving students and young professionals a real understanding of the financial services and digital payments industry.
Our "Pay It Forward" internship programme has welcomed students from secondary and tertiary institutions across Barbados, providing meaningful work experience and mentorship.
Secondary School Programme
Two-week placements for students exploring career paths in business, technology, and customer service.
Tertiary & Graduate Internships
Extended placements for university students and recent graduates in marketing, finance, IT, and operations.
Mentorship & Development
Every intern is paired with a team mentor and gains exposure across all departments during their placement.
Bright Minds Scholarship
